First of all, good things take time. Don’t expect to become a Hollywood hacker in a week.
You need to have patience and will to never give up.
Start with basics of computer, we all operate this wonderful device but we hardly know how it works. Especially applications like browsers should be your area of interest, read a lot. “How browsers work, how they communicate and send data to the servers, HTTP headers, DNS” are few important points to cover.
Learn one of the web scripting language like PHP, Django(Python) or Ruby along with HTML, CSS, JS. Build few applications to learn the inside architecture of web applications, then read blogs of Hackers or Bug bounty people, follow them on Twitter for regular security updates.
It is a process, once you’ll get into the process you’ll get smarter day by day.

Start with learning a programming language, the mother of any programming language is C.
Once you know c language than you are eligible for any programming language.
Any type of hacker whether a ethical or black hat (unethical) needs a very good grip in several programming languages like
C&C++
HTML
JavaScript
PHP
SQL
PYTHON/RUBY/BASH or PERL any one or all
JAVA/Virtual basics/ VB script
After getting all these languages or some languages you will be able to figure out the programming and software functions of most websites and software’s.
There is very big hackers community called DEFCON. These people try to hack everything which is possibly hack and shows their demo that how they did it for good reason and social awareness not for unethical use (because of that the programmers can close that backdoor/flaw in their code).
Watch their YouTube channel and understand the hack so you can brush your hacking skills.
This could take anywhere from 1 year to 5 year to be a hacker and a lifetime to prove your self a good hacker. These things takes time but it pays very well after you earn it.

Fake doc gets prison for deadly butt injections A woman dubbed the  “Toxic Tush” doctor  will spend a decade behind bars for using Super Glue and Fix-a-Flat tire sealant to enlarge women’s behinds and causing one patient to die. Oneal Ron Morris, 36, who is transgender, was sentenced to 10 years Monday in Florida’s Broward County court after pleading guilty to manslaughter and injecting several women with the toxic mixture,  according to CBS Miami . Shatarka Nuby, 31, died after receiving as many as 10 injections from Morris between 2007 and 2010. She paid Morris as much as $2,000 for the deadly procedures,  the Sun-Sentinel reported . “There’s no closure. Putting [Morris] in jail won’t bring her back,” said Nuby’s aunt Juanita in court. Morris, who is not a licensed doctor, combined silicone, mineral oil, Fix-a-Flat tire sealant, cement and Super Glue to give women shapelier backsides.
